The cleanliness of the rooms, the free coffee and water delivered every time the room is cleaned, the service from the staff and their helpfullnes.
The simple fact of whether you are entering the room after a long day of being a tourist, or just going to the supermarket and back you look forward just to lay and rest up on the soft mattress, make a coffee and joke around with the people that you came. The proximity to markets and also means of transportation is also great, you have many options and also many connections where you can go to.
Just a nice and pleasent stay, highly suggest.

The position of the hotel, near the public transportation. The bed was comfortable.
They changed the room and the new room was not cleaned properly. Dust, the carpet was not vacuumed properly. They didn't gave us bath slippers. Only if we asked for.....we paid over 800euros for 3 nights and it was a big price for what they offered. The same room was at a third of the price after we left. They rised the price because of the BTS concert.

A good hotel away from the city center. The staff was nice and polite. The breakfast was good. The location is not very lively, but it's very close to tram and metro stops, and also close to the train station to go to the airport.

Convenient location if you arrive by car and plan to use public transport within the city. Spacious and clean room. Really great breakfasts with many food options. Friendly personnel.

Older property that has a 1980s feel but has been properly renovated and modernized. It doesn't win any beauty contests but who cares? People come here to sleep. The rooms are reasonably sized, quiet, clean, (mostly) comfortable, and air-conditioned. This was possibly the quietest out of six hotels I stayed in on my trip this time. My room faced out back though, not to the street out front. Breakfast was alright, wifi worked fine. Front staff were very nice and efficient. Great hires.
Location is ... well, look at the map. What you see is what you get: a busy through-road, a regular neighborhood, not much going on, not exactly walking distance to city center. I knew this before booking here so I'm not complaining and not lowering my score for the hotel. Just stating the fact. On first approach, the place looks like a bit of a dump, although that impression changes quickly once one is past the entrance doors. The "comfy" chairs on the room were a cruel joke. Straight-up back rests at half height. You'll feel like Will Smith in the first MiB movie when he tries to fill in that questionnaire. It's almost comical. What were they thinking? No iron or ironing board on the room, as seems to be normal across Europe. Not sure if there's a laundry facility. The showers are the old style: they're part of the bath tub. Can't really complain though, given the price point of this hotel. The savings have to come from somewhere!

The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. There was a coffee machine and a beautiful lobby. The bathroom was convenient and we liked the combined bath tub and shower. Perfect for our one-night stay. Thank you for the complimentary water.

Good location close to train station in a quiet part of the city. There's also paid parking on site. There are a few parking spots on the street that are free for Hotel guests.
Third bed was a foldable couch turned into a bed, but it was ok.
