We arrived late in the night from the airport and we appreciated the 24/7 reception and also the location close to the S1 S-bahn. Excellent breakfast. The double bed is very comfortable.
The additional bed was pretty small and a bit uncomfortable. Even though we only stayed for one night at the hotel, at 8 AM someone from housekeeping knocked loudly on our door and woke us up. It's true that we hadn't put the DND sign on the door, but we were there for only one night and arrived very late, so housekeeping service was not expected.

Breakfast was really good, the staff was nice and friendly, the location is great (very close to tram and metro)
Mattresses were a bit "worn in" and there was a weird smell once you turned on the bathroom ventilator

Nice hotel with parking space. I read reviews about small parking but my opinion it is quite standard. Breakfast is good, Italian style. Room is clean and big enough. Coffee and tea in the room. Good price / value

They didn’t have washroom supplies, they didn’t have a room service, there was only one person from the staff at the hotel, so everytime we needed to go down there to get anything from hotel, they didnt have washroom slippers, we were the only guest there, whole hotel was empty. Worst experience
