-The Hotel location is very near to the Metro station, about 3 minutes walk, and very near to the Supermarket, about 2 minutes walk
- In front of the Hotel, there's a public parking 1.5 euro par a day
- The room is very clean and there's a coffee machine and a catel
- Every day, there's a clean for the rooms
- The receptionist employees very helpful and very kind, when I asked for wheelchair, they provided me immediately, as my wife unable to walk for long distance. Very thankful for the kindness and helpfulness of Mr. Hannan Machkal and Mr. Authouie Heigl, they were very professional

Great breakfast with a wide variety of choices, a train station within a 3-minute walk, a big and modern room, and a gym. Some of the staff are a bit too formal (see below), while others are not.
There are no restaurants nearby. The room looked clean, but we accidentally found someone’s sunglasses under the bed, which suggests that this area had not been cleaned before our stay. The hotel offered a free drink if you chose not to have your room cleaned. We did so, but a staff member at reception refused to give us a voucher, arguing that we had not signed up for the “no cleaning” option at reception and had only used the door sign. The next day, her colleague kindly gave us the voucher and was also friendlier.

Wonderful
Stayed only one night, but there was nothing to complain about. The room was good and clean. The staff was helpful. There is a P&R in front of the hotel to park your car safe and affordable.
Overall, it was great value.

The air conditioning worked perfectly—I loved it! The hotel is also in a great location, close to a REWE supermarket, a Rossmann drugstore, and both the U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations.
The bed for the third person was quite hard. Unfortunately, my friend had back pain after our stay.

Everything was great, definitely got a great value. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Location was great, for our needs, but I am sure this can vary depending on your plans.
The only thing was bathroom door not providing full closure but not the end of the world.

Compared to other hotels in Germany this was a well designed spacious room.
I did the express check-in putting my info through the website, so I got my key card right away.
The staff was very friendly and helpful though we did not need to interact much, we didn't have any issues.
The room had a kettle and a coffee machine.
Next to the hotel is a Rossman where you can find any toiletries, there's a rewe for groceries with a cafe for breakfast and snacks.
Right next to it is the station with S-bahn and U-bahn. You can make it to the central train station and downtown within 30-40 mins.
For Muslim guests, there's a Masjid that's a 5 min walk away.
Overall this was a great stay, and I think we got lucky trying out this hotel. Would definitely stay here next time I'm in Munich.
- I opened the windows at night because I don't like sleeping in AC, and the trains were loud. Not a hotel problem since the rooms are soundproof and it would've been fine if I closed the window.
- We found a blueberry that rolled under the table from the previous guest. So although the room was clean, they didn't get under that table.

Very very convenient parking. I loved it! And also pretty logical price at less than 15 euro per night.
Modern rooms: In the room there was a nice coffee machine, a big safe box, enough space for cloths, everything was nice regarding the room. Also the fact that you could control the lights etc with an iPad.
Honestly, there was nothing bad! I liked everything there.

It is really a nice place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything clean and very comfortable. Room size is on lower edge, but very practal and well equiped - exactly how is promoted and booked. We really enjoyed our stay here.
