Not sure how good is the location, I was staying close to my friend's place. It is right by the subway station which was very convenient. The area was very safe - I went for a late night walk without any concerns. Breakfast was delicious.

nice staff, great location (2 mins to subway), quick check-in
very bad internet, the shower door did not close properly, I was initially given a room without kitchen, even though the booking explicitly includes it; but even then, the kitchen was not very well equipped; the luggage storage process did not feel safe

They provided us in our room 2 free water bottles of sprudelwasser, but when we requested that exchanged with stilleswasser, they said that the latter was not in stock with them.

Ideal location for me, with a Ubahn station nearby and family living just one stop away. Easy access to city centre too. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The room was great, very clean and tidy with a small balcony overlooking the garden. Appreciated the large bottle of water, replenished every day. Thoughtful design, especially the bathroom, and I loved the mini kitchen.
A small thing, and I know this is normal in Germany, but I didnt like having the 2 small duvets instead of one big one.

The location is good for my personal requirement
There was a problem in the toilet plumbing and we changed rooms. We stayed also on the 14 of April and there was a leakage in the plumbibg in the toilet
