The location was great. Very very close to the U-Bahn station. Rooms were nicely renovated it seemed and comfortable. We had a 2nd floor street facing room and none of the few noises bothered us at all. Front desk staff was very friendly and very professional. Parking garage was on-site and priced reasonably. Breakfast had everything I could expect from any usual hotel/pension/gasthof in Germany.
The price was a little more than normal, but that is expected during the Oktoberfest times. All else was fine, no real downsides at all.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, location is also Ok..they have also parking area under the building.. 18€ per night.. But thanks to them they also allow us to keep the car on our Check-out day, so we could be able to walk and keep discovering the city on our last day..

staff are always kind and caring. whenever we need something they helped us no matter what time is it. rooms are clean. hotel’s location is great and close to everywhere, you can take the u-bahn by 2 minutes walking to everywhere in Munich. There is supermarket and pharmacy 2-3 minutes away from the hotel. We felt sad because we had to leave, it felt like home. We’d like to stay there again, if we go to Munich ever. :)

It’s the perfect distance to the trains, local shops, markets, & it’s one train (like 5 stops away) from Marienplatz (city center). The price was very reasonable and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Would certainly stay again. Also I think there is a bus to take you to other locations. I saw this bus after we left so I don’t know where it traveled to.
I use washcloths to wash my face. They do not supply those but it’s noted on the site so I brought my own.
