Room was very warm on arrival due to heating being on despite mild weather
Air conditioning is installed but completely turned off for the entire building (not communicated in advance)
Suggested solution was to open the window, which is not practical (a large bee entered the room)
Staff response at reception was not helpful and felt dismissive
Soap dispenser at the sink was not working
The temperature did improve later at night as it got colder outside, so sleeping was fine. However, the initial discomfort and lack of support from staff made the stay frustrating overall.
