The location was good. It is 5 mins walk to subway and another 5 mins to central station.
Breakfast was also good. There were a plenty of options.

The facilities of the hotel. The rooms were lovely and the balcony was an added extra. Good location close to tram and local shops/restaurants/cafe.
A few ants in the bathroom and the cleaning of the rooms wasn't exceptional (toilet rolls not changed and peanuts on the floor each day which was there when we arrived)

Room didnt had any window to let fresh air in, air-conditioning broken , only heating was on. Which made the room unbearble to sleep
