The room set up was relatively small but very functional and still allowed for some extra chairs that could be moved easily. The kitchenette was great and the issue we had with the coffee machine was sorted out with 20 minutes of reporting it. I liked that the reception desk was willing to organise a taxi for our early morning trip to the airport and it went ahead without any issues.
The shower drained very slowly and at one point we ended up flooding the bathroom. The response from Leonardos was great as the maintenance person was there to look at it within 10 mins of reporting it and the bathroom was cleaned up and reset by the hotel without any fuss.

We stayed in Leonardo Munich hotel from 7th to 9th November. We checked in before arrival so received the key for room in no time.
Best part I like about this hotel is its staff. They are very helpful in the information for the places we like to visit. The property is well maintained and located in quite street but few minutes walk to the metro station. The buffet breakfast has everything we need. Staff refill the items when required. The breakfast area has enough space when we stayed there.
The only thing a bit annoying during our stay in this hotel is the housekeeping staff came to clean our room in the evening when we came back to our room after 7 to 8 hours. It would be better if they do it during our absence.

Some of the guests were arriving at the day of the event but the hotel could not confirm early check-in. The hotel provided the storage for luggage and room to change clothes which is ok. But still, we announced this requirement more than a week ahead of time.

room design, sizes & floor carpet was very nice, free drinking water available. like the glass working table.
whole hotel only 1 lift serving all, at least 2 lift provided. WC & shower screen area really don't like... very tight over these 2 place.

The hotel was in a really good location , close to the station and some supermarkets and cafes. The hotel was really clean, the rooms also have a kitchen area, complementary water and coffee capsules. The staff was really friendly an welcoming , I really enjoyed my stay, last but not least breakfast was good too.
