First of all the hotel took funds 1 day prior to the booking date under the pretext of Guarantee, which was not mentioned on the Booking.com confirmation. Then when we reached the hotel we faced the most worth customer service reception. The Manager was extremely rude and when I questioned him about the funds being taken, he kept insisting that we only blocked, they did this even when we had free cancellation option. When I questioned him he said that Booking.com is lying to you and he took out a paper showing that that’s hotel policy. When I showed him my booking confirmation that nothing is mentioned on it he said that booking.com is not telling you. Then when I showed him my account on the bank app he said refused to even listen to me. Then when I told him that I have blocked the card, so he said that you have to first pay in Cash or other card. I told him I can unblock the card but he should first release the block, he said I will not do as this is for guarantee. I told him what guarantee when I am here. He was very impolite and even said he has a lot of money. I don’t know how can a person like this be a manager in the hospitality industry. He told me I can leave if I don’t want to stay and put in cancellation. It was a very long check-in till I paid again. So this hotel blocks your card and puts in authorization before you even arrive at the hotel, and this is done without any intimation to you. He also gave me his card when I asked him his name and told him I will mention this in my review

The location is nice, very close to the u-bahn. Overall it was nice for a few days.
It wasn't as clean. We got some kitchenware from the reception, half of it was dirty. There also wasn't a dishwashijg brush to clean them ourselves. The bed is quite loud, if one of us got out of bed, the other would wake up. The rooms aren't very sound proof. We were woken up by construction work, the cleaning crew and just people walking down the hallways.

The hotel is close to the metro. The rooms are well cleaned, bright and comfortable enough. I would definitely recommend the hotel.
The hotel has parking, but it is quite expensive, and you can't park outside.

Great location, close to public transportation. The desk staff and one male employee I kept running into were all great. The food selection for breakfast was good.
If you like your sleep, maybe think twice. The walls are paper thin. You can hear people using thier bathrooms while walking in the hallway. Voices come right through the walls. They're are quiet hours but the cleaning staff doesn't seem to abide by them. We heard women yelling down the halls to each other and the cleaning (vacuuming, water bottles clanging together) CONSTANTLY. It was as if it never stopped. There are bees all over the dining area. Staff told us that they wouldn't bother us if we didn't bother them - nothing was done to remedy the issue. We're both allergic so the experience was nerve-wracking.

Wonderful
Very conveniently located to a train stop. It was fun to sit on the balcony in the evening or morning to have a glass of wine or a coffee. The room had everything we needed.
The room was a bit small for three people. The extra bed was very narrow but comfortable.
