Despite it being a chain hotel with the usual soulless corridors, my room felt as if someone cared. It was very well designed with a seating area, a desk with additional surfaces, a smal kitchen type area and a balcony. It all fitted into quite a small room with a feeling of spaciousness.
The surrounding residential area is quiet and there is a well priced restaurant just across the street.
It is close to the U Bahn station but the weather was good for my weekend and I walked the 2 1/2 miles each day - there are nice walks beside the river on the way.
The receptionists were very helpful and pleasant.
Breakfast was good but it was very busy.
The underground car park was very nuseful but I thought it quite expensive at 19 euros a night.

The hotel was very clean and beautiful, and close to a shop and the metro. Staff was friendly and helpful, and we had everything we needed! The price is great for what we got and I would absolutely reccomend this hotel to everyone!

Great location with easy access to the subway to get into the tourist area. Room was nice and staff was excellent. Area surrounding the hotel is a bit dirty but then again that seemed to be the norm for Germany of today.
Only one tiny elevator for the WHOLE hotel. If you need the elevator (I walk with a cane) you usually have to wait a very long time.
