The location was perfect for me as required the U-Bahn each day. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful.
The gym facility was very limited.

Helpful staff, especially the cleaning crew. The room was clean, and the hotel had the laundry room which I found it very helpful. They also gave me indoor slippers when I requested for them.
The hallways was a bit dusty, I guess it was the carpet. The wifi internet was horrible…it kept getting disconnected. This is perhaps the only thing that could improve.

Everything was perfect. So I said in 5 different hotels as I was on Europe trip. This was the best hotel I have staid. Budget friendly, train station just 3 min away. Not far from centre. Good rooms, everything was clean. Also friendly reception.

The room was very clean, location is near a metro station that connects with the city center. Good price.
I asked for one double room and one twin room when doing the reservation, but when arriving they told me there where 2 double rooms, and I could separate the beds if I want to. As it was a request in advance, I expect the room to be prepare by the hotel, not that I have to rearrange the furniture myself.

Great location : 3 minute walk to the U2 line.
The beds were too soft. Move to the edge, it collapses, and you risk falling off/out
