The hotel is generally nice in a quiet neighborhood on convenient location.
The low rate is because we got A LOT of bedbugs in our room and got bitten all over. The hotel reception promised to treat the room and our luggage but instead, got moved us in another room later on the next day. In the new room we got a drunk person entering our room in the middle of the night scaring us to dead.
The hotel management promised a compensation and advised to send a mail so that they proceed a full refund ( provided a business card with managers contact) But neither the mail messages nor the message through booking.com has ever delivered result.
We had to throw away a big portion of our luggage ( some beloved clothes etc) and treats the rest agains bed bugs to prevent bringing bugs home and infect our homes.
So as a result, instead of a nice vacation, this stay created lot of problems, related cost and losses and despite the promise we were never compensated. Definitely do not recommend!

Room was large with a balcony and plenty of space.
Comfortable bed. Whilst the hotel is not close to the city centre, it is only a short train journey. Which is perfect for those looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle.
Room has a fridge, microwave and coffee machine.

Second visit. just as good as the first. Convenient U-Bahn access to Marienplatz and Oktoberfest. Great breakfast. Great staff. Love the neighborhood.

The hotel fit our need perfect for our stay in Munich. It is real close to a U station and can get you anywhere in the city very quickly. Rooms were nice and surprised to have a fridge, electric burner, and microwave. Overall very happy with the stay.
Breakfast was a bit expensive for a small buffet. Recommend to put an iron in each room. The two beds pushed together were annoying as they kept falling away from each other and created a gap between my wife and me.

Metro and tram stations close by.
AC was making noise.
Parking is expensive. Staff didn't want to help with street parking, they said I can find the name of the parking app on the parking-meter.
