Directly near the Silberstrasse Metro Station and thus in maximum 15 minutes in the city centre. Nice and friendly staff.
The hotel looks inside and outside like it hasn't been renovated in 10 years

We had problem with our rental car and went to the front desk to contact a Sixt service agent. A lovely woman named Alice made several calls and stayed with us through the whole process until we got a replacement car. Exceptional service!

We could check-in earlier than expected, thanks! Rooms are tidy, spacious and beds comfy. It had enough storage space and wardrobes and a small pantry kitchen with a coffee machine.

Hotel was very close to the Metro, so was very easy to get around.
Rooms are small and hotel is far from the airport. The hotel restaurant food was overpriced and was not good.

Wonderful
Great breakfast with fresh variety of food and drink. The location was good with easy to the underground metro. The rooms were spacious and comfy. The area is quiet but still had close by supermarkets.
The housekeeping could be improved as it was done late in the afternoon and was not in its best.
