Location was excellent, and beautiful, just minutes from the city centre but in a lovely neighbour hood with shops, restaurants, beer gardens and the schloss within a few minutes walk. We would definitely stay there again.
The door keys could be converted to a card system.

We checked in very early. The receptionist was very accommodating. She offered to have breakfast while we were waiting for other guests to check out. Luckily, plenty checked out and had a room clean right away. After our breakfast and walking for several minutes around the castle, they had our room ready for us.

Well situated in a calm neighborhood, 15 minutes walk to the tram that goes to the city center
We stayed there end August and it was very hot in the room despite keeping the windows open all night and the beds were not very comfortable

The hotel is very nice. It is located near the park and the Nymphenburg castle. It is in an old building, the breakfast was very good and varied. The staff was kind and there was always an English-speaking employee at the reception. I found a free parking space near the hotel, and around the hotel there are restaurants where you can have a very good lunch and dinner at decent prices.
I have nothing to complain about.

What I liked about the hotel is a very friendly personal who works there. The guy Tobias is super super helpful and kind. If you need a kettle or anything just ask at the lobby they will give it. The earlier check in was also possible. Breakfast had a small selection but fresh and good enough to start your day. I had a promotional rate so it was a good money wise trip for me, I had a road bike with me so it was ok to ride 25 km to the center.
Looking like an ancient times castle I guess they decided to keep inside as an ancient times also. The bed was super uncomfortable, I hardly could sleep on it and it was making sounds when I tried to move. Coffee at the breakfast was the worse coffee Ive tasted sadly (even my instant coffee which I had with me was tasting much better)

Staff were lovely, very cute dog in the reception. Room size was adequate and well furnished with a couch and a small desk. The place was well lit and could be easily ventilated. Location was nice, in a quiet area and close to the Nymphenburg Palace Gardens.
There is only one bike available for rental of mediocre quality, so even though bike rental is free, you have to look elsewhere to find more. The sink and shower are quite small.

Location is great. Very quiet, about 1km from the train station, near a supermarket . Receptionists were very helpful, gave us a kettle. The house is wonderful, nice pictures on the walls. We had a family room in one of the towers. In fact, this is 1.5 rooms, very comfortable.
