- Room was very spacious and comfortable. Sofa bed was prepared for my son, very good size and bedding.
- Breakfast was amazing, plenty of options/varieties, the staff was super friendly and would bring the hot beverages. Fruits, pastries, cheese options, everything was superb.
- Staff at reception were very welcoming, clear and precise information with regards to the check-in/check-out and also for responding to queries related to public transportation and even some attractions. Please note that the reception will be unstaffed from 10 pm onwards, but information is clear on how to access the property with your room card.
Not the hotel's fault but note that the location to the nearest subway is 10-14 min walking, which can be tricky during winter/rain, or with luggage.
During the week, the bus is a good option and much closer to the hotel (5 min walk) to be the primary means to commute.

The unit was large, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The free ride to the subway station was much appreciated. The breakfast was excellent. We will definitely recommend the Hotel Kreisler to friends travelling to Munich.

I like the reception they were very helpful with every thing how to manage our plan or even to store our luggage with them the breakfast also was good and they mentioned if it is halal or not
The crib we have to pay the extra towel and pillows we have to pay the breakfast for the baby we have to pay so actually the bed rice in booking was good but with all extras coming too much also the parking you have to pay

Excellent room, with full amenities, quiet and comfortable. Excellent staff that provided us very good suggestions for our visit in Munich. Very good breakfast with great variety of selections for everybody. Parking provided at the hotel at very low cost. Excellent value for money.
Even though the metro station is 15 minutes walk from the hotel, it is highly recommended to leave your car at the hotel an use the public transportation. You can go anywhere in Munich and around it.

We loved how comfortable and clean it was. The heated floors was the perfect cherry on top of a cold December day. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was superb!
We only have 2 complaints. We wish that we could have accessed Netflix or any other apps to give us English entertainment. The mirroring wasn’t working. And the location is quite far from everything.

The Hotel Kreis is a perfect boutique hotel to stay at when visiting Munich. The property itself is not very old and every bit of attention was paid to the details when building this hotel, right down to the heated floors in the bathroom. Kevin was amazing both as a host and as a tour guide. He gave us amazing pointers for our stay in Munich as well as spots to stop when visiting our other locations on our road trip through Germany. The hotel also offers a breakfast, which was a perfect way to get us up and going in the morning. Overall, I highly recommend the Hotel Kreis to anyone visiting Munich.

The room was spacious and clean, the kitchen was stocked with necessary kitchen tools to prepare meals, and the refrigerator is in good size for an extended stay. The location is very quiet since it is outside the city.
Could offer more breakfast selection, and also option for users to login to a smart TV so we can watch shows with our Netflix accounts and have an option of shows with English language.

The hotel truly deserves a high rating. The staff were incredibly kind, respectful, and always ready to help, which made our experience even better. The room was clean, spacious, and well equipped with all the needed kitchen utilities, making it very comfortable for a longer stay. Parking is available at a reasonable price.
They are also very considerate toward Muslim guests — they even provide a prayer mat when requested, and the breakfast includes halal food options.

They greeted me with a smile as soon as I entered the hotel.
They treated me and my family with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
They provided a nice room as I had booked.
Complimentary tea and coffee were provided in the room, which was very nice.
The rooms were comfortable and cozy, with a large balcony.
There wasn't anything we didn't like. If they offered breakfast at a more reasonable price, we would have had it too.

Great place. The rooms are large and well furnished, the staff is friendly, breakfast was varied and tasty. They have parking onsite and chargers for electric vehicles. The area is very quiet, sound insulation seemed good.
The next metro station is a bit far, maybe 10-15 minutes' brisk walk. There is a bus stop much closer by, but there's a bus only every 20 minutes.

Staff was awesome, very helpful upon arrival & with directions to Oktoberfest festivities. The man who drove us to the airport was exceptionally friendly.
Cost was a bit high, but it was during Oktoberfest so all locations were pricey.
