We had a great stay! The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. A huge plus for us was the convenience of the late-night check-in; we arrived after the reception had closed, and the automated system worked perfectly. The staff members were also very friendly and professional. Perfect for a weekend trip to Munich!

Obviously, we didn’t pick a 5-star wellness hotel with a panoramic room, but I have to say, the hotel was far better than I expected! On top of that, I was particularly pleased with the price, and the services fully met our needs. If you’re staying in Munich for a few days, this place is a great home base—we would definitely stay here again!
There are several EV chargers at the hotel (though one or two spots are occupied by an old Porsche and a BMW that clearly never go anywhere). Regardless, we were able to charge the car whenever we wanted, and the staff were helpful with everything.
If I really wanted to nitpick, there were a few tiny construction flaws in the room, which the hotel was clearly aware of and tried to fix—with varying degrees of success. Also, getting in and out of the hotel involves a small, narrow street with limited visibility, which you might not find on your first try unless you check Google Maps beforehand. It is signposted and visible, and Google takes you to the right spot, but it can be a bit confusing. But these are SUCH minor issues that they don’t really matter. Feel free to stay here!

I highly recommend!
To start with, the reception staff are very nice and ready to help you with anything you need.
We booked an apartment that was absolutely gorgeous.
The rooms are large, well-equipped, very clean and with all the amenities you need to feel at home.
The apartment was airy and very bright. We felt at home.
It is clear that they paid attention to all the details, teas, coffee in the espresso machine, dishwasher, including iron and ironing board.
The cleaning ladies were very nice and attentive. They came daily to change the sheets, to supply us with coffee, to clean the bathroom, to change the towels and to vacuum.
The apartment was practically cleaned daily as if we had just arrived.
The apartment has underfloor heating with individual regulation in each room, including the bathroom. Also, both the bedroom and the living room have climate control which is amazing for hot days.
The apartment has a super large terrace with a coffee table and chairs. The terrace is also very clean.
They have their own, supervised parking and even charging stations for electric cars.
Parking costs only 7 euros per night. This, among other things, made us understand that the owner of this location really thinks about his customers.
The breakfast was tasty and varied, for all preferences.
The restaurant staff was extremely nice and attentive to our needs, very responsive.
I highly recommend! The apartment is absolutely gorgeous, clean, well equipped, and the entire staff is exceptional. We felt wonderful! We will be back!

- Breakfast was amazing, plenty of options/varieties, the staff was super friendly and would bring the hot beverages. Fruits, pastries, cheese options, everything was superb.
- Staff at reception were very welcoming, clear and precise information with regards to the check-in/check-out and also for responding to queries related to public transportation and even some attractions. Please note that the reception will be unstaffed from 10 pm onwards, but information is clear on how to access the property with your room card.
Not the hotel's fault but note that the location to the nearest subway is 10-14 min walking, which can be tricky during winter/rain, or with luggage.
During the week, the bus is a good option and much closer to the hotel (5 min walk) to be the primary means to commute.

Rooms very average, breakfast terrible, tables 2x smaller than You could eat comfortamble. At the breakfast personal is waching Your every step like in prison. Coffe or tee at breakfast limited LOL.
