Breakfast was amazing; staff was courteous and very helpful; facilities were impeccable and well-maintained. We had two rooms which were always kept clean. Although located just outside of the city centre, the hotel is accessible by metro, which was a plus.
There seemed to be a little leak around the shower in one of the rooms where we stayed, but it was minor.

The hotel was outstanding. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and genuinely cared about the guests. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The location was also very convenient.
Honestly, nothing to complain about. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Since we needed a temporary solution for a few weeks while living in Munich, we ended up staying at this hotel for quite some time. The hotel boasts an excellent location for Munich, with great transport connections. Despite being in a very quiet area, it provides quick access to all the important and interesting spots in the city. The hotel itself is new and features high-quality furnishings and amenities. The soundproofing is also excellent, ensuring a peaceful stay. However, what truly sets this hotel apart are the owners, Mrs. and Mr. Kreis. Both are incredibly warm, attentive, and go above and beyond to ensure their guests have the best possible experience. They are exceptionally accommodating with special requests and leave almost no wish unfulfilled. Staying here feels just like being at home. We would gladly return anytime.

All the facilities and services you’d need from an apart-hotel. We didn’t feel anything missing and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
Small fine level tweaks would help improve the facilities, like glass walls instead of courtains for the shower and an improved water heating system.

Friendly staff
We paid for Suite 4 person and we got sofa bed for 2 which was not at all comfortable, breakfast room was too small but breakfast was ok. Rooms floor was dirty and we had small children with us and it made us bit uncomfortable.
