Clean, well staffed (with happy helpful staff). Bar and food if needs be.
Not truly didn't like. But the reception emergency stock (shop?) Could have more varied items in stock - it had like beers and slippers but extra toiletries would help

Outstanding location and welcoming service, free amenities, even an ironing room, bar voucher for skipping a room cleaning. Excellent breakfast, flexible automated luggage room with late checkout for the luggage itself. Nice and flexible staff.
Limited space for luggage and clothes - perfectly suitable for a single business traveller, a little tight for a couple esp. in cold or changing weather. Careful with the room safe, it nearly locked in my valuables. Bathroom is average at best, with signs of partial renovation. Breakfast lacked gluten-free options.

Convenient to station, tram , bus and walk to city centre. Very comfortable bed.
There was no kettle to heat water. The trams below were noisy. The shower cubicle was elevated making it a bit treacherous for anyone with balance or mobility issues.

Room was nice and clean. Breakfast has a lot of good choices and very friendly chef helping guests during breakfast. Walking distance to main tourist attractions like Marienplatz and Residences Munich, 20 min. to Alte Pinakothek.

Convenient access to the main station and center of town. Lobby is stylish, most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. We requested and received rooms that were next to each other. Coffee in the room is nice. Breakfast was good. Some good and reasonably priced restaurants nearby (Persian, Sushi).
Noisy from the streetcar and street noise in front but we'd been warned and brought earplugs. Still, it is a factor not to overlook. We chose closeness to the main station over street charm, but this is also something to consider; you do not get the latter with this hotel. Double bed was just one shared mattress, so it bounced a lot when the other person moved. They've made daily room cleaning optional and when the sun was coming in on our second day, it was astounding how much dust was flying through the air. It's carpeted and the corners are hard to reach with a vacuum, so it's easy to see that skipping cleaning is leading to a lot of dust. We were willing to pay more for a bit of luxury, but the rooms did not feel luxurious.
