Wonderful
The location was perfect. A short walk from the train station and to Marienplatz. The room was comfortable and clean. I liked that you could forego room cleaning between nights for a 10€ voucher at the restaurant
No complaints. There is a tram on the street below that occasionally makes noise, but that didn't bother me and I imagine rooms that are not at the front wouldn't hear it at all

Nice room, comfortable bed, EXCELLENT staff! All the staff were polite and helpful. My room was spotlessly cleaned every day and the front desk staff bent over backwards to be helpful. My room faced the street so there was a little noise, but it quieted at night. And I always travel with earplugs, so it was fine for sleeping, except the duvet was too warm.
My room was very comfortable, but it was a little too warm to sleep well at night. If there had been a lighter blanket, it would have helped. I was there in February and the duvet was too warm. The only exception was that one night it got to -1C outside and then the duvet was just right. The breakfast isn’t worth the price to me

The internet was awful. It didn't work the majority of the time. When it did work, I often got signals of .25mb down. Pages barely loaded, if at all. It's 2025. Internet needs to work and be reliable.

The room was not big but was comfortable.
I’m not sure if it was a tip, but a staff member at the breakfast restaurant tried to charge me more than the amount I was told, which I did not expect.
The toilet seat was extremely cold at night — cold enough to wake me up fully.
The sink faucet was oddly positioned, causing water to splash around the sink area.
It would have been more convenient to have power outlets on both sides of the bed; there was only one, which made charging phones a bit inconvenient at night

The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were well designed and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is a just a few minutes walk from the train station and S Bahn. It is also a short walk to the major sights.

The Hotel's location is very central and enables you to be able to access all sorts of public transportation. It is also very walkable to the Old Town Munich if you prefer that over bus/Tram. The Hotel is near the central train station which makes travel pretty easy if you have another location to go to after Munich, saving money on taxis/buses. The staff were very kind and made our stay very comfortable, Quan at the front desk was especially helpful and helped us check-in. Our room was wonderful, it was large, clean, quiet, and most of all comfortable! We were missing Nespresso pods when we got in but room service replaced them the next day. We also had the breakfast buffet which had a good amount of options, all very fresh and tasty.
Our sink drain seemed to be pretty backed up as the water would not go down very well, and we didnt want maintainence to come into the room while we were gone so we just dealt with it.

The room was clean and adequately furnished, beds were comfortable. The lobby was welcoming, staff were friendly and helpful and it felt safe. Location to transportation and the city center was convenient. Overall, this hotel was a good value for the price.
The room was on the small side, closet was small and there was only one drawer in the room which was used for the coffee accessories. The bathroom had a constant odor, and the glass door provided insufficient privacy. The continental breakfast was fine but overpriced. And while the hotel could not be held accountable for the construction across the street, workers hammering at 6:00am, combined with the trams below made for a lot of noise in the room.

Wonderful
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint hotel. The breakfast and the staff, in particular Jo, Ricardo and Azzim were amazing. We liked the concept of a voucher that could be used in the restaurant or bar, if you didn't have your room serviced daily.
The room was very comfortable, the decor was a nice touch.
