This hotel really pays attention to details. The best part was something seemingly simple, the room was dark. No light creeping in from the door, or lots of gadgets. We had the courtyard view room, so it was nice and quiet as well.
Not surprising for a city hotel, but the room was small.

Breakfast was good and kitchen staff nice, location is great near the train station and old town but a little sketchy.
The hotel is a 3 star not 4 as it is shows here. It is just an okay hotel if you need to stay maybe for a couple nights. Room are very small, the problem mostly was stinky bathroom, they need to manage the smell. Self storage of luggage is in a very unpleasant room in basement. All these are okay considering the price. But what I really did not like was this one lady’s attitude that works in the mornings in reception, all other staff are nice. She was just too harsh, can not say was impolite but definitely had attitude, I was uncomfortable to approach her.

Friendly, helpful staff, room size and decor, secure suitcase storage, breakfast, bed comfort, water provision, proximity to main station, buses and trams. Good, quiet aircon.
Rumbling from trams every few minutes, sloping bath needed extra care when exiting shower, faulty bedside light. Homeless people around but we did not feel threatened. I would definitely book here again though.

Great little hotel, everything you need, nothing you don't. Second time with King's. Walk to train station.
Building work across the road starting at 7 am. Rowdy yobs on the street well into the small hours.

Charming boutique style room. Espresso machine in room. Friendly staff Nice entree area with lounge seating and bar with meal options. Great location. Walking distance. Public and safe parking available. Despite the central location and room towards the road, it was very quiet at night.
Nothing related to hotel. There is currently a building site opposite, which is noticeable but not too disturbing.

This hotel is absolutely amazing, and I would recommend it to anyone! We stayed here on August 22nd, and from the moment we arrived, we were impressed by its perfect location, which makes it effortless to explore the surrounding area and enjoy everything the city has to offer. The front desk team truly stood out。They were exceptionally patient, genuinely friendly, and impressively professional. Every interaction felt warm and sincere, and they consistently went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. On our first day, after taking a shower, we noticed a small water leak coming from the bathroom door. One of the ladies at the front desk was incredibly helpful and proactive in assisting us with this issue. She handled everything quickly and with great care, and I really appreciated her positive attitude. I don’t know her name, but I truly liked her and would highly recommend her. The restaurant staff were equally wonderful. Their warm smiles and thoughtful service created a delightful atmosphere that made breakfast an absolute pleasure. It was the perfect way to start our day on a positive note. Not only that, but the hotel room was spotlessly clean, wonderfully quiet , and the housekeeping staff worked efficiently and with great attention to detail. When we needed assistance, she responded with such enthusiasm and professionalism that we truly appreciated her help. I stayed on the second floor, and although I don’t know her name, I genuinely liked her and was impressed by her dedication. Everything, from check-in to dining, felt seamless, relaxing, and enjoyable. This stay left us with such a wonderful impression, and we would absolutely choose this hotel again on our next visit.

10 euro voucher is good when you don't need to clean your room. The breakfast is ok.
Carpet floor is not clean, the chair also not clean at downstairs. the room is very dry. Almost no fruits in breakfast, only melon everyday. Also less vegetables.
