Location to bus, tour and train station. Accommodating staff. Got a few free drinks for not having the room cleaned.
Ammenities room was not well stocked. Had towels and toilet paper, but no coffee cups or coffee.

Nice and central
The breakfast were expensive I thought and I wasn’t advised that there were children’s prices as I was staying as a family group. There was no power points near the beds which would be very handy.

The location is good - walking distance to the Old Town and to the main railway station, convenient tram stop to the museums and other places. The breakfast was good and the room was quiet (we chose a king room facing the courtyard) and very spacious.
In contrast to the size of the room, the bath/toilet was microscopic - a tall person would have a hard time squeezing in.

Comfortable bed (cool room during 35*C summer heat outside), fantastic breakfast, industrious staff at breakfast. Shout out to the ladies that worked at the breakfast—as soon as guests left, the table was clean and ready within a literal minute.

Pleasant
Clean and comfortable.
My wife had a fall in the bathroom trying to get out of the bath/shower injuring her arm and leg. The grab handle is in the wrong position, the bath was slippery with no non slip bath mat and the door stop is just where you put your foot outside the bath. Other than that I couldn't see our "quiet courtyard view", just a metal fire escape. Not the hotels fault but walking into the hotel you have to pass many "homeless/drunk/drugged people.
