Good central location. Quite good value for money for Munich. Nice onsite bar for a nightcap after a days sightseeing. Courtyard rooms were very quiet considering the location. Trams , buses and trains all very handily located.

Just a beautiful hotel in every way. We were with a group of 6 and used the lobby area frequently! It was the perfect place to gather together and make our plans. It was within easy walking distance of the train and restaurants. I really appreciate the fact that we were offered the reward of a $10 card if we didn’t need to have our room done and using the bag as a way to receive it was so clever. The staff who checked us in were just lovely and we felt immediately welcomed.
There was nothing I did not like. Nothing could be done any better than it already was!

The staff were really nice and helpful, location of hotel was close to all public transport links. Convenient location for all excursions we wanted to do while in Munich. Appreciated the incentive programme for not having your room cleaned everyday.
The WiFi didn’t work the greatest, I had to use my mobile data instead as the WiFi wouldn’t load anything. The bar food menu could be expanded on a bit to provide a couple of other meals. The hotel rooms could also benefit from a larger selection of coffee pods for the coffee machine.

Location is OK and the hotel is quite nice.
I had specifically asked for a quiet room facing the inner courtyard. However, they gave us a room which was facing the street and was on the first floor. The room was probably the noisiest hotel room I have ever stayed in because of almost constant tram noise (they operate from 4.45am to 1.30am with three different tram lines going past the hotel) and also noise from a construction site. So, if you want to be able to sleep well, don't choose this hotel!

Nice, clean, small hotel. Breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. Having air con in room was nice.
Room was very small. Construction in the area made getting to the hotel difficult.

Lovely hotel and staff. Rooms very clean. Large, comfortable bed and space to sit and relax in the lobby.
A little loud from the street in the evening, but you can still get a good sleep.

Perfect location for experiecing culture( 15 min.walk to old town). It was warm in the room.I couldn't open the window becouse the window in my room faced the street. breakfast was good.
The hotel bar had no German wine.
