Lovely hotel. Rooms were compact but you had everything you needed in them. Very quite which is importance to us. Excellent staff all round, couldnt do enough for you even if you didnt ask. A special shout to the young man who worked the bar, superb !
I thought that breakfast, at 17.50 euro per person, was a bit steep for what was on offer. The food was good quality and the service was great as usual. It just wasnt a very wide choice, especially of hot food, for us. Other people could find it perfect.

I loved the central situation nearby from hauptbanhof and Marienplatz , I loved as well the bedding very comfortable. the personal was professional, and the self check in /out system very easy to manage. breakfast was perfect and copious .
my room was situated on the Main Street, and the tram running a little bit noisy , Fortunately I had my earplugs !

Good 3* Hotel close to main rail station with metro and to city center (15 walk to Marienplatz). Possibiliy to park car at hotel in private court(approx. 25/day). Comfortable and quiet room at rear side of the the street. Good breakfast buffet.

Friendly staff, very clean and good size room. Shower water pressure was great! I liked hardness of the bed, but it was bit too hard for my partner.
Loved breakfast and the fact they have changed the food items daily, so you won't eat the same breakfast every morning.
Trams, trams and more trams!!! Our room was facing the street, so to have a bit of sleep I had to wear earplugs in a 4* hotel.
The noise level was unbearable.
If it wasn't for the noise, I would score this hotel 10/10

Warm welcome on arrival, despite the late hour (male staff member at reception).
Excellent location - so close to the station.
Water station in the lobby area and welcome gummy bears! Appreciated the complimentary water in the room.
Bed was comfortable.
Pillows were awful.
Bathroom very small and pokey. Shower was small and leaked water everywhere (shower head over bath).
Room not properly stocked prior to check in eg limited tissues and toilet paper, and almost empty shower gel.
No kettle or tea bags - only coffee.
Female staff member on reception in the mornings was unfriendly.
