Room was nice and clean. Breakfast has a lot of good choices and very friendly chef helping guests during breakfast. Walking distance to main tourist attractions like Marienplatz and Residences Munich, 20 min. to Alte Pinakothek.

Great hotel, very comfortable bed, enterior very nice and staff always on servise. bar in hotel great. Good location, relatively near to centar. Would come here again if in Munich.

Convenient access to the main station and center of town. Lobby is stylish, most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. We requested and received rooms that were next to each other. Coffee in the room is nice. Breakfast was good. Some good and reasonably priced restaurants nearby (Persian, Sushi).
Noisy from the streetcar and street noise in front but we'd been warned and brought earplugs. Still, it is a factor not to overlook. We chose closeness to the main station over street charm, but this is also something to consider; you do not get the latter with this hotel. Double bed was just one shared mattress, so it bounced a lot when the other person moved. They've made daily room cleaning optional and when the sun was coming in on our second day, it was astounding how much dust was flying through the air. It's carpeted and the corners are hard to reach with a vacuum, so it's easy to see that skipping cleaning is leading to a lot of dust. We were willing to pay more for a bit of luxury, but the rooms did not feel luxurious.

Lovely central hotel. The staff on the desk were very friendly and helpful. Our room was ready when we arrived. When we were leaving we were able to store our bags down stairs in a locker and our room key accessed the locker.
The tram. But that can’t be helped by the hotel.

Fantastic location just 5 mins from central station and same from hop on hop off bus. The staff were very welcoming and helpful especially Jo.

The location was convenient to the train station but close to a 20 minute walk to the old town area.
The room only had 1 chair and we were 2 people so one had to sit on the bed or the floor to have a cup of coffee. The air conditioner was not turned on and the room was very warm and we could not open a window due to the fire escape location. The bathroom was so small that you had to sit sideways on the toilet.
