Clean, spacious, great cleaning services. Great location with awesome AC. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in Munich. Very close to the train and great food. I hope to stay here again in my future visits

Loved the location and the size of the facility. Rooms were hot though but that generally seems to be the norm in Germany. Parking is a challenge but that is also expected in Germany due to size of parking structures.

The room was well cleaned, had an espresso machine and USB C/A plugs, toiletries and nice sheets, check in was uncomplicated.
There’s a cafe within the building which was very busy in the morning (breakfast wasn’t included)
Stayed on the third floor, Tram passing every 10-15 mins, you can hear the building shaking, that was bothering all night for me as a light sleeper. for 110 euros a night, this neighbourhood and self service apartment building didn’t feel like good value for money and comfort.
I booked this place because it was the cheapest option close to the old city but I suggest booking something nice outside the center for the same money and taking a subway into the city.

The location is great.
Although advertised, the lack of a reception makes things very clunk. It’s difficult to get support and information. The sink was clogged, the room felt small and the blankets were weird.

It was an excellent location, really easy to get to the city centre and there were a lot of food options around! We ended up booking here again for our second visit to Munich. It was nice to be able to store our luggage in the locker downstairs.

The staff members, they have been very polite and helpful, and the locality is very near to the main transport hub of Munich.
Everything was good; only the bathroom hand shower was not working properly. Also, the hotel has two buildings across the street. If you are not placed in the main building, you have to walk a little to have your breakfast, as the dining area is in the main building. However, it's no big issue, though. We enjoyed our stay.

Room service did not clean the room well, and the carpets were very smelly. The one day we asked for the room to be clean nothing was done except the blankets, even the pillows were put back on the bed and no fresh towels

Clean hotel. Room was spacious, located a short walk from the train station, and a short walk to the important historic sections of Munich. Comfortable bed, well equipped and spacious shower. Oversized refrigerator was provided for our leftovers. Many restaurants a short walk. There is a co-located California Bean that has the door open from 6:30 am to 4 pm. The staff there were delightful and the service quick. It was great to have that available (even though it was a cash pay situation) because we like hot coffee and food early in the morning. This hotel has no reception staff but we figured out the self check in process easily. The location has an elevator, and our room faced away from the tree which was nice. The room was a comfortable size, as was the bathroom.
The air conditioning was disabled. This was a significant problem for our comfort as on the night of October 31st, we had to sleep with the window wide open. The night was full of sirens, seemingly every 15 minutes until 4am. If the Air conditioning wasn't disabled by management, I believe we would have ranked our stay much higher.

Easy check-in - all digital without staff to help you though. Location was good, the room clean and we got a nice bed & water/food bowls for our dog. The bathroom was a nice size.
When I wanted to make some last minute changes to my reservation, I took me a bit of searching to find a phone number that would work from abroad but when I reached someone, the staff was super friendly and nice and immediately helped me with my requests.
Pretty small room, the bed was rather small as well and very close to the windows facing the street.
