Wonderful location, close to the main train station, so close to everything. Clean, warm, comfortable. Great amenities, enviro conscious - rewards included.
Due to being so close to the train station, you can still hear the sounds which affected my sleep a little. But was muffled due to the soundproofing. I would still return.

We had a very nice and spacious top floor 2 bedroom apartment with terrace and some city views. The apartment was clean with relatively big bedrooms, a large bathroom with good lighting and a separate large walk in robe. The apartment was well decorated.
Wasn't keen on self check in (no reception). We had a slight issue checking in but it was resolved quickly using the phone at the auto check in area. Also the bedrooms have slanted ceilings so be careful getting out of bed at night.. this might just be for the top floor apartments.

Very quiet, clean and well maintained. We very much only used the entrance and the rooms, so cannot comment on other areas of the hotel. Our room had a balcony, which we did not expect. We were pleasantly surprised all round!
The AC/fan is set to a heating temperature so we had to sleep with the doors open to allow for air, even when set at 16 it blew out warm air.
One tiny minor is that the shower products were empty, but this had little effect on us.

It was an excellent location, really easy to get to the city centre and there were a lot of food options around! We ended up booking here again for our second visit to Munich. It was nice to be able to store our luggage in the locker downstairs.

Comfortable well equipped room in a tall building that is walking distance from the centre of town. All fixtures work really well, efficient automated check in but the partner hotel with staff lobby and bar are just opposite.

Awesome to get 10EUR vouchers we could use for breakfast every time we skip room service! The room was very nice and the location was perfect!
I don't understand this trend of having a double bed with two halves of a blanket. That was the case in this hotel. I could barely cover myself up.
Moreover, there was not enough shower gel for my stay

The location was fantastic.
Luggage storage available.
Clean, warm.
Everything I required.
Helpful and friendly staff.
Coffee shop (California Bean) which is attached was very handy!
Easy to check in and get on with exploring.
As other reviews mentioned, it is noisy due to the trams outside....but I accept the location is a compromise with this.
Wouldn't put me off staying again, but certainly did wake early (around 4.30am on a couple of nights). Would be louder in summer with windows open.
Friends in another hotel complained of the same problem, so this is location specific, not an issue with the hotel.

Everything was good; only the bathroom hand shower was not working properly. Also, the hotel has two buildings across the street. If you are not placed in the main building, you have to walk a little to have your breakfast, as the dining area is in the main building. However, it's no big issue, though. We enjoyed our stay.
