The hotel doesn’t have a front desk, it uses automated check-in and check-out. However, the machine had issues during check-out. We tried several times but couldn’t get it to work, so had to call for manual assistance.

Family room is very spacious with a little outdoor area (we were on the first floor).
Easy check in with the check in kiosk.

Excellent location , minutes all to train station and walkable to town hall. Metro train tram S ban are all nearby. Washer and dryer available in the amenity room at a very reasonable price！
Reserve this hotel because the pictures and facilities description showed that there’s a small kitchen area. The fact is you have to pay an additional charges to use it! Quite misleading

The King's receptionists and restaurant's staff very friendly, very polite and very helpful. 3 x very, but this is the truth and they deserve it. The food: delicious.
The room was very clean, large and with everything you need even for a long stay. The hotel 10/15 min walk from Altstad.
I will recommend this hotels, King's Hotel and AdvaStay by King, to anyone.

Clean, spacious, great cleaning services. Great location with awesome AC. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in Munich. Very close to the train and great food. I hope to stay here again in my future visits
