The King's receptionists and restaurant's staff very friendly, very polite and very helpful. 3 x very, but this is the truth and they deserve it. The food: delicious.
The room was very clean, large and with everything you need even for a long stay. The hotel 10/15 min walk from Altstad.
I will recommend this hotels, King's Hotel and AdvaStay by King, to anyone.

Microwave and fridge in the rooms.
Total racism and inadequate behavior, lie from the staff side. Despite of the fact the hotel reservation was already paid with additional payment for the early check-in, the manager of the hotel Mr. Pallauf not just refused in early check-in, he threatened to kick us out from the hotel, additionaly he started laughing at my daughter when she fully introduced herself and mentioned her job position as "a doctor" at the beginning of conversation (the daughter wasn t with us that day, so she was talking to him on the phone trying to solve the problem) Total shame! So I recommend you to never choose this place, save your mental health. Unfortunately, we didn t have much time to move to different place in Munich, due to short duration of trip, for us being the guests of this hotel was a form of a punishment. Worst travel experience in the whole lifetime. We will never be back again. Stay away from this hotel

Clean, spacious, great cleaning services. Great location with awesome AC. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in Munich. Very close to the train and great food. I hope to stay here again in my future visits

I liked the location and beds for 3 people.
The temperature in the room never cooled to a comfortable level. The inability to store bags before the 3:00pm check-in time.
