Nice room, large bathroom. Offered a drinks voucher if you skip a room clean, we did this and the drink across the road was great, and staff were super friendly.
Also so close to train which is convenient for arriving and leaving the city.
Area between hotel and train station isn’t the greatest, but you don’t need to go through that area to get to the old town by walking.

Very clean. Washer was great. Access to supplies is great. Getting bonus card for not using cleaning service is great.
Day of checkout got knock on door then they started to open the door to say it’s checkout. Didn’t see reason to enter room. Area has some rough bits but seemed ok.

The room was nice and quiet, the bed was comfortable. Great that there was a fridge and a microwave and some crockery and cutlery. I loved the idea of getting a voucher for the breakfast/the bar if not using the cleaning services, this was really brilliant.
The automatic check-in was not as smooth as I had hoped and I did not manage to pay the extra for breakfast, had to go to the hotel reception instead. But that is really a very minor thing.

Nicely furnished room and very comfortable bed. Very convenient for the main station.
The hotel needs to put detailed instructions on how to use the left luggage lockers. Even the staff member who came to help us took a little time to work it out.

Quiet which I was very pleased about being in a city. I would stay again.
A little complicated self check in...wasn't sure how to encode key card as Im not hugely savvy with these things, till another guest showed me. Maybe the relevant little machine would benefit from a notice saying "swipe here to encode card."There was a phone however to ring for help if needed, which I didn't need.

Good location and good to be able to do washing in the laundry at cheap rate while having breakfast upstairs.
Shower head was terrible but hotel provided a new head for the hand held shower. Room quite small

Beds were comfortable; quiet environment. Nicely decorated.
The hot water smelled of sulfur.
It would have helped to have a few coffee pods or information about what type fit the coffee maker.
An explanation of the P 1-4 parking system and what nearby streets had the various zones.

Fairly easy to access. Very big duplex room. Clean. Fairly quiet because of top floor.
Be cautious that the facility is near train station. Demographic of people not the best and a lot of pubs and lightly intoxicated people on weekends.
Although check was easy, instructions on how to code your keycard could be easier.
In the room that was only one negative call out. In the top floor there was another door that you could not secure with a deadbolt. It also had this emergency sign that was brightly lit during the night. My kids are still small and do not like sleeping with door closed but with them open it was quite bright due to the light.

Rooms were clean, modern, we got a little present upon arrival (Haribos), coffee and tea in the room, microwave and a fridge.
The bathroom was spacious with a nice shower. We also had a hairdryer.
If you stay for at least 2 nights, you can get a voucher that you can use for the abundant and tasty all-you-can-eat breakfast across the street in AdvaKing Hotel.
Location is great, close to the train station, metro station, the old town is just a couple of streets away on foot.
Nice restaurants and beergardens nearby (5-15 mins on foot).
This hostel does not have a receptionist, you check yoruself in - which is weird and makes it a bit unfriendly. But it is nice to know that you can just go to the hotel's reception if you want to speak to a staff member.
There is also a luggage storage in the basement you can use, however, there aren't too many lockers - it could be expanded a bit so more people could store their luggage there.

Room was clean, comfortable and secure. On- site laundry facilities were excellent.
Check in was a problem especially multiple people checking in at the same time. Biggest issue was that they used my first name and booking reference instead of my surname and reference. Luckily after several attempts with my surname I thought of using my first name and it worked. Telephone help was useless
