Loved our stay here. Super convenient location to main station. Short walk away. Great cafe downstairs. All contactless entry and exit. Room was a great size and bed extremely comfortable. On a semi-main road but no issues with noise due to soundproofing. Would stay again.

room service, if customer do not need room service please be sure each day you offer one coupone. Or customer do not need service then hotel can offer the breakfast should be better.

Bathroom is excellent
The fridge was much bigger than many other hotels in Munich
Proximity to the Central Station
Using the Kitchenette was for extra fees of 20 euros/night and it was not clear while making the booking and it's extremely pricey
Check out time is too early 11 am and a fees of 50 euros applies after

The room was really confortable with everything a person needs.
It was hard and unconfortable to check in at arrival. The machine standing in between two doors is a bad idea. Also it was hard to turn off the air conditioning and no instructions on how to do it.

Amazing bedroom, clear, with plenty of space. Bed was also very comfortable
Only thing is that I went to use the coffee machine once in the bedroom, but it was full of mold when I opened it

Location is convenient. Room was clean. Bedding was very comfortable. Luggage lockers in the basement were convenient.
There is no rooftop terrace (as the photos showed). There is no reception desk or staff. The only help is online. Hair dryer didn't work.
