The room was quite big, and it had amenities I cared about, such as an ironing station. Very good location as well.
For some reason, I would still find dirty cups in the room after it had been cleaned. Not a life or death situation, but I find it weird.

Good location and easy check in - particularly liked the system of the lockers in the basement to store luggage when you check out
I found it strange that the kitchenette unit in the room was locked and you had to pay an additional daily charge if you wanted this facility

The property was in a great location and allowed inter connecting rooms. There was a washing machine and dryer on the basement which was perfect for our longer stay.
The connecting cafe was fantastic with brilliant service.
Lack of storage for luggage but not a deal breaker.
