The hotel is conveniently located very near the Central Station. With the exception of my self-check-in experience the facilities were good.
When going through self-check-in, I did not succeed with coding the entry-card. Summoning help by prone did not work. I got a reply, but the problem was not solved. Luckily a hotel of the same group across the road had a manned reception and they provided me with an entry-card that did work.

Excellent location. Smooth, automated check in and check out. Room size sufficient for 2.
Breakfast is across the street at their sister hotel, overpriced and run by a rude person.

Location
We were allocated a care home room. The TV was almost behind the bed making it impractical to watch, and there was no casting available. The bed was too soft, the shower had a curtain rather than a door and the toilet had no lid and if you raised the seat you couldn't access the flush.

Wonderful
The room was spacious with a great terrace outside. Very comfy bed and also spacious bath and shower. We really love the terrace with beautiful flowers. Outside space certainly added a great value to our stay.
We almost see no one works in the hotel; not a bad experience but somehow strange.

We arrived an hour earlier than check-in time but the polite receptionist in the hotel across the street gave us the room keys without extra fee. There is no reception desk at this hotel but it wasn't needed as I did check in and out online and left the room keys in the black box at the ground floor upon leaving.
If you feel that you don't need room cleaning, you leave a small blue bag on the door handle and get a 10 euro voucher that you can use for breakfast.
Good sized room and bathroom (with toiletries and vanity kits), it is very clean and the location is superb - very close to the sightseeing places, supermarkets and restaurants but also within 5 min distance to the airport and tourist bus stops. This was important for us as we had an early flight and we felt safe going to and waiting at the bus stop at 4am
The pillows were a bit high for me but that's personal preference I guess

confusing information received via email saying that if we arrive before the check-in times we needed to leave our luggage in the lockers of the train station. This was the wrong information because the hotel as lockers in the basement,

Location is good near the train station, room is tidy but clean, wifi was super fast.
Coffee pod taste really bad, provide tea bag but with no kettle available, the instructions suggest using hot water from the coffee machine but the water has coffee flavors in it.
