Wonderful
Our room had a full kitchen. This allowed us to shop for groceries and have breakfast, snacks and one dinner in our duplex unit. Massive terrace with view was wonderful. Noise from the street was not ideal but not terrible. Employees were really nice.
Two bedrooms, with each having a less than ideal side of the bed because of the sloping ceilings. Everything else was good or great. The area immediately beside the train station always seemed to have a cast of questionable characters. Not dangerous, but watch your wallet. Only a block away from the hotel. But it was convenient!!!!

This is a great location and place to stay while in Munich. Just minutes away from the Central Train Station makes it convenient to anywhere.

The room size was good, comfy beds. A short walk to train station. Lots of places to eat nearby. Reasonably priced “Lufthansa Bus” to the airport leaves across from the station every 20 minutes.
It’s a busy neighborhood but not unexpectedly so.

The hotel has a very good location, which makes it convenient for getting around. Everything was clean, neat, and well maintained. The room was comfortable, and overall we liked everything about our stay. It was a pleasant experience.

The photos in the booking.com showed a kitchen setup in out suite but it was locked and the hotel asked 20€ daily to use it (they claimed it is stated in the info that kitchen usage was subject to 20€ - maybe we missed it but as the pics showed it we thought it was included in the price.

Great location, nice room and bathroom, very clean, no contact with staff AT ALL except for one enquiry via WhatsApp, which was handled perfectly.
The street was noisy and could be heard somewhat in the room.

The hotel is very close to the train station, and the rooms are wonderfully clean and comfortable. Check-in was uncomplicated and easy. I really enjoyed my stay.
If the room faces the street, you will hear the trams passing very early in the morning, which can disturb your sleep. Earplugs are recommended for light sleepers (or try to request a quiet room when you book).

The location is fine. The room was decent and clean.
Buyer beware- there is no staff at this hotel!! There is only a kiosk to check in. You can’t talk to an actual person to get help with anything. If I had known this, would not have stayed there!

The staff were friendly and helpful an allowe me early check-in and the room was clean and comfortable with good facilities.the location was perfect for me.
It was quite noisy due to trams and other street noise. Also there was no cooling and it was warm weather.i enjoyed the location, early check-in and comfortable room but did find it less comfortable due to the noise and lack of cooling.
