When check in, gave a wrong room that people at the time still live inside. Paid breakfirst already, when check out they tried to charge it again. Receipts are so important.

The hotel is located close to the train station. The room was very clean and quiet, and the breakfast was very good. The staff was very welcoming and helpful; Alexandra treats hotel's visitors as her personal guests.

If you get in before your scheduled check-in, I highly recommend stopping in to see if they have a room ready. I went to drop my suitcase off in the morning before check-in and was pleased they had a room available for me already without an additional charge. Staff was very friendly, and the location was excellent, near the station and several cafes and bakeries. I requested a quiet room, and it was indeed quiet!

Clean,Safe,24/7 staff and reception worker,free coffee tea on reception on all day,nice garden,carriage storage for late checkout free,everything is good, location is nice and comfortabe.10 minute to cenrer, and 2 minute to metro central station and markets for all shopping and restaraunts

The property is top notch. The space we had for the price was a bit cramped.
I slept on a fold out couch, navigating between couch and bathroom required a bit of caution. 5 days of the wonderful breakfast began to get a bit boring. It is still a great place, but I am done with it.

It is located near the old city and near the main train station. It looks old from outside but room was clean and quiet. We did not hear any noise from outside. Breakfast was delicious and staffs were kind. Its garden was beautiful.

It exceeded my expectations.Great location with resteraunts & cafe's nearby. Staff were lovely very friendly. Breakfast was very good great choices. Room was spotless & I loved the idea of getting 10euro/day if you did not get room cleaned. Nice bathroom products & excellent shower.
