Really nice courtyard with shady trees and very quiet despite being downtown. A/C in the room worked very well.

The room was smaller than it appeared in the photos online. No one assisted with luggage, which made things especially difficult for me as a pregnant woman traveling with my 70-year-old mother. The staff saw me struggling with my suitcase but didn’t offer any help, which felt disappointing given the expectations of hospitality. Breakfast was basic and the same each day. On a positive note, the reception staff were helpful when providing information.

Good location. Very comfy beds and clean room. Nice selection of toiletries. Fridge in room. The room was compact but efficiently laid out. Staff super friendly and helpful.
