The stay was easy and comfortable, with clean rooms and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, which made the experience even more pleasant. The location is excellent—very close to the main bus and train stations, making it extremely convenient. I felt welcome throughout my stay and will happily return.

The staff was very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. I absolutely loved the fun gummy bear candies on our pillows and complimentary bottle of water - very nice welcome. The complimentary coffee and tea station in the lobby was a nice touch for end of day winding down. Breakfast was also lovely. We were traveling by train so location was what drew me to this hotel, I was very impressed with everything. It was perfect for our stay.

Everything. The room was very comfortable and so were the beds. They had excellent towels. The staff went above and beyond for every possible thing you could want, including finding my mittens. Richard stands out. But then so did the breakfast attendant and the young woman at the desk when we checked out. Everyone was unbelievably friendly and unbelievably helpful. It was very impressive and they all actually seem to enjoy their job and the people they served. It was a very refreshing experience.
