Wonderful
Great welcome, clean comfortable room made our one night stay very enjoyable. Walking distance to Rathaus area was good, although the hotel street area is not so nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn’t fault a thing. The room was fabulous, clean, and comfortable. All of the staff were so very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and set us up perfectly for the day.

The location was very central and very convenient for the main train station. The breakfast was very good.
It was a shame that there wasn’t a kettle in the room but coffee and tea was available near reception.

The staff here was excellent and made every effort to help us with whatever we needed. I was able to book an extra night due to a scheduling conflict and they were very responsive and accommodating. The night manager in particular was wonderful. Rooms were super clean and the breakfast was very good. Down town is a bit far for walking but overall the hotels location is good and not too hard to find. There are several places nearby to eat and there are several museums within walking distance.
There is a scary car elevator and the parking is VERY tight especially if you are the last in. Do not attempt if you don’t have a compact car! Also the timing on the elevator is very fast and it helps if you have an extra person who can open the door for you so you can drive in quickly.

Excellent staff! There were many restaurants and bakeries nearby. For walkers, it was easy to get to tour locations, shopping, and museums. The breakfast selection was good, and the buffet staff were surprisingly thoughtful.
The room was quite small and there was very little space for bags. We both had carry-ons, and used an ottoman and nightstand for our things. A luggage rack would have been welcomed.
