Excellent staff! There were many restaurants and bakeries nearby. For walkers, it was easy to get to tour locations, shopping, and museums. The breakfast selection was good, and the buffet staff were surprisingly thoughtful.
The room was quite small and there was very little space for bags. We both had carry-ons, and used an ottoman and nightstand for our things. A luggage rack would have been welcomed.

Good location. Can walk from train terminal. Close enough to walk to major attractions. Clean. Front desk staff great. Has an elevator!

One reception memeber was very helpful and gave us good restaurant and local bar tips . Also sorted our problems with the thermostat not responding in the room.
One other reception member was very millennial... We had a problem amnd needed to post some keys back to another hotel before we caught outr flight back to UK,..... the receptionist did the millennial thing... looked on the computer and said log on to deutshe Post and deal with it from there... That was it.... I went into the bakery next door and explained to the man there what my problem was... He looked on his phone found out how to do it and told me it would cost 2 Euro's he suggested he could pay on his phone and I would just give him the 2 Euros, which I did.... I was disappointed that I had to get that kind of service from a random bakery rather than a hotel provide it for me... I did not mind paying I had to jsut solve my problem before I caught my flight and the millennial receptionist was unhelpful. She just smiled and left me with the problem.... The bakery guy next door soolved the problem in a matter of minutes......

Location excellent, room was very comfortable, excellent shower. Just a very good experience I would most definitely stay here when In Munich again
