The room was lovely. Enough space for a short break. Bed was comfy and room was very clean. Breakfast was good. The fruit was very fresh and the bread rolls were excellent. Great staff throughout. I loved the tea/coffee stations- so handy, we used this a lot. Hotel is so close to everything, we walked everywhere.
This is very fussy but the pillows were not as good as I’d expect. There were 2 sorts but for me it let down the comfort which is why I didn’t go for 10.

The room itself was nice, and included free coffee downstairs. Also we really liked the option of forgoing the room cleaning in favour of a €10 voucher to spend on drinks and snacks in the lobby. Reception staff are friendly.
The hotel would have received a higher rating if it weren’t for two things - The central heating was extremely high, so much so that we were sweating through the night. The pillows were also not very comfortable. During our stay we had the “do not disturb” sign on our door. While we were out, someone went in our room and changed out a broken clock (that we didn’t even notice in the first place) and took the card keeping the electricity on from the room. We only noticed it because the card was gone. When we went downstairs to speak to reception they investigated and told us about the technician going in the room. This is not acceptable, it could have waited until we checked out or if/when the do not disturb sign was gone. This felt like an invasion of our privacy and ruined the trust we had in the hotel and its staff.

First of all a big super plus to the staff which was friendly and super helpful. They were very helpful with all of our requests. The room was fantastic, I have to mention it is super clean with comfortable beds. Adore the option of having unlimited coffee/tea at the reception. Breakfast is wonderful and good. Location is perfect. Best Hotel in Munich and sure we try to go back when we will have the chance.

The hotel is a bit far from the center of Munich located in the working district in Munich . It takes 15-20 min walk from the hotel to get to the historical center .
