Our room was quiet even though we were right next to the elevator. We were very comfortable, had nearly everything we needed in the room and were satisfied overall with our stay. Courtyard for visiting looked great. Close to public transport. Parking close by (but expensive). Did not have breakfast but there is a backerei across the street.
The coffee cups could have been slightly larger (felt like we were doing shots!) and no coffee either time we checked on Sunday morning. A chair or two in the room would have been nice - while the courtyard is lovely for visiting, it isn't really convenient at night or enjoyable in a heatwave! (The sofa was already made into a bed, so not an option for sitting.) These are small things. As stated above, we were quite satisfied overall with our stay. Parking at hotel would not work with our car. Stayed at the expensive garage next door.

Excellent hotel in a great location, close to the main train station and the city center. All staff members were very kind, professional, and friendly. A very special thank you goes to Aleksandra for her outstanding service. I lost my phone in Munich, and she did everything she could to help me. She was incredibly kind, caring, and supportive throughout the whole situation. The hotel should be proud to have such a dedicated employee. Aleksandra truly made a difficult situation much easier for me. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. I would gladly stay here again

Very nice staff, good clean room and facilities, free coffee was a big plus.
Location is close to everything but not too many really good restaurants or bars nearby as you're mostly near the train station tourist traps.

It was clean, safe, quiet and it had a wonderful outdoor patio and lobby bar where you could enjoy a drink or tea and coffee. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of variety. Richard W at the front desk was particularly helpful and made me feel like I was at home. They have a great little perk if you don’t want your room cleaned every day as they give you a voucher worth 10€ that you can spend at the bar area. I would highly recommend this hotel for a single traveller.

Excellent central location next to the central train station and walking distance to most places we wanted to go. Lovely bike rental next door. The room was very comfortable for two and very quiet - faced the inner courtyard. There were coffee, tea and apples offered all day in the lobby which was a very pleasant place to hang out as well as the courtyard. The staff were friendly and worked very hard to be helpful in every way.
