Richard, the front desk person was exceptional. He was caring and concerned when I faced a medical challenge. Thank you Richard for your empathy. I liked the warm ambience of the hotel with it’s beautiful garden andcosy reception
So did not like that the fridge in my room didn’t work. It was replaced but I had to point it out. Also no chair, only a low stool to sit on. What does it take for the hotel to check all the facilities before handing it over to a guest? Guests are tired and can’t be expected to inspection everything.

The staff were amazing - both friendly & super helpful. I loved the sweet little corner where I could get a cup of tea or coffee or water.
I think the toilet flushing proved to be somewhat ecologically inadequate using too much water to flush.

Room was comfortable and had everything necessary. The access to the train station and other modes of public transit (tram, bus) were super convenient.
The wifi disconnected on my phone and I needed to re-access it several times. Otherwise, things were perfect.

Absolutely fabulous welcome by Richard - you could feel almost like a VIP. Room was big enough, comfortable and clean. Coffee and tea available at any times. Good location, close to the main train/bus stations and also walkable to the city center or galleries.
The bathroom was pretty small, the shower was tiny and quite dark.

Nice clean hotel 10 mins walk from the center of Munich with underground parking , rooms were quiet and the beds very comfortable. Really nice Italian restaurant just across the road and some lovely little bars just down the road , we would definitely stay there again .
