Wonderful
The room was very comfortable and well-stocked with essentials like coffee and water. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. The hotel is in a great neighborhood with plenty of nearby restaurants, and its proximity to the metro station made getting to the city center very easy.
The bathroom lacks privacy and doesn't have an extractor fan. Additionally, the window blinds let in quite a bit of light—blackout blinds would be a great improvement.

Terry (young couple)

Guest Score 8 out of 10
Very Good
Good location to drive to and catch tram downtown. Comfortable room furnishings, some complimentary drinks. Good selection of food at breakfast.
Does not have sufficient air conditioning. Crazy hot inside the room. Digitized check in system a bit of a pain. Didn’t really save any time.
