The location was good. The room was clean and adequate for our needs.
We found the staff very unfriendly and unhelpful. One receptionist had no interest at all in the guests and was constantly outside smoking. We found this to be very unprofessional. If we asked her anything she just shrugged her shoulders. Breakfast was very poor. Just 1 croissant on offer and never replenished. The same member of staff when on breakfast duty never replenished the food. We saw a family of 5 just walk around looking puzzled, eat a bowl of fruit salad each and walk out.
Unlike the previous B&B Hotel we stayed in you have to request to have your room cleaned at this one. When we did request to have it cleaned the very unfriendly cleaner was knocking on the door at just after 8.00a.m. He only came the once as we didn't realise you had to make the request daily. It didn't really matter that much as we are tidy people but when you are on holiday and staying in a hotel it is nice to have someone make your bed and empty the rubbish. We stayed in 3 other B&B Hotels which were very good. This hotel let's them down.
Pillows were very poor. When we asked if we could get 2 more pillows we were told there were no spare pillows in the hotel.
The vending machine was empty and not working and it would appear it had been like this for some time so unable to get a drink or snack after a long day sight seeing.

Didn’t love the neighborhood. No good nearby bakeries etc. Construction being done in the parking garage where spaces were too small had to move screws and things off the floor before parking. Tight and stressful parking, though nice that it’s covered. Hallways smelled strong of smoke and carpet not updated in passageways. Run down feeing, till you get to the nice clean rooms.

Not expensive and very near to the English gardens. Good supermarket and shops nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful.
It was a bit complicated to open the entrance in the evening, took me about 5 minutes, as there was no explanation whatsoever. The room is quite basic and the hotel is next to a very busy road, so either close your window or have a lot of noise from the traffic.

Perfectly located near Nordfriedhof U-Bahn, perfect for connection to the city centre and the Allianz Arena in the U6.
Room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Perfect for a short overnight stay. Reception was helpful and efficient.
Maybe it was me not putting the "do not disturb" sign on the door, but there were numerous knocks on the door by staff in the morning.

Clean room, good location, good value for Munich and the option of a private parking facility underneath the hotel, late check out time (12:00 :-)) on the day I was there (national holiday). Easy door system with codes instead of cards, but still a manned reception untill 23h at night. After 23h it is self check in, which is fine. U-Bahn Station Nordfriedhof close by for a short ride into the city center. Alternatively it is possible to walk into town in around 30 Minutes along the street or trough the English Garden in around 45 Minutes.
Not much. The hotel was convenient and good value. A bit of noise every now and then from the side street below my window, but I still had a restfull night.

My room faced the street, and I could hear the noise from outside; the windows aren't soundproof. In the morning, the housekeeper woke me up when he knocked and came into the room - why?
