The pillows were a little soft, so would have been nice to have had an extra pillow in the room.

Very good and clean hotel. The reception staff was very professional, friendly and happy to support with anything we needed. Also, the hotel is well-situated in Munich, allowing quick access to the city centre via tram or underground (both within walking distance). Finally, we were very pleased with the cleanliness and layout of our room which also had a solid thermal and acoustic insulation.

It was very clean and bed was comfy. Location of the hotel is also great, 20 min by foot from the main station. There is a tram station across the street (1-2 min walk).
The heating did not work correctly. When I turned it on, it was making a buzzing sound.

Friendly staff. Helpful, and happy to answer any questions. You can feel taken care of.
I'm very glad that there's an option to leave a baggage for free before check in or after check out.
Good breakfast offer. Lots of options to choose from, tastes good.
In lobby there's a bar with great choice of soft drinks. It's open to late hours.
Room was well equipped, all toiletries were there.
And a bonus - Excellent view! Really recommend the top floor rooms facing south.
Open free Wi-Fi - not secure, and has some transfer limitations.
Bedsheets felt way too warm. We were visiting in winter and the temperature in room was perfect, but under the bedsheets we were sweating.

Friendly staff, good location for walking or using the public transport for the city center. Room was clean and spacious enough, quiet and dark throughout the night.
Bear in mind that our room had a glass bathroom door which didn't provide the privacy and soundproofing that some couples or a pair of friends might like.

Room was quite and clean was done if you wanted on a daily basis.
Location of the hotel was very ok, near the train station, subway, and trams.
You can get in the center with the tram in like 15 minutes.
Breakfast was fine with a lot of options and a good coffee.
Not so big but it was ok.
There was no bathrobe, so It was a little bit uncomfortable when you finished the show because the temperature in the room was not the highest.
