Good value for money, excellent location
We initially parked on the street when we first arrived and then asked the girl at the front desk (young girl, maybe in her 20s or early 30s) about parking options but she was quite impatient and rude, saying that they have a garage parking that is 15 euro per day and that she doesn’t know about other parking options, something along the lines that we will get a ticket, but not bothering to explain further and saying just “I don’t know” a couple of times. Anyway, later we did some research online and there is a Kaufland a few meters away where customers can park for free unlimited (garage parking). Next, she gave us our card keys that did not work (probably weren’t activated properly). I returned and told her they don’t work, she was also quite unkind and condescending, making it seem like I didn’t properly put the card key in, when both me and my partner tried a few times. She then activated them again, I went back up and they worked.
The other staff were exceptionally nice.

- Perfecct value for money
- There was an Egyptian person for our checkout in the morning , he was very very friendly , very nice and very hospitable. But there were certain german staff members aswell that were very rude ( especially to people of color). This needs to be improved.
