Amazing staff, very helpful and friendly. Bed was also really comfy and breakfast was also good. The connection to the city center with U-Bahn is across the street, so we found ourselves in the city center in minutes (10 minutes to be correct). It saved us a lot of travel time.
I was stunned, that our toillet was not cleaned or cleaned properly, it looked like someone just pooped and flushed, but didnt't clean it, otherwise room looked pretty clean, but clean bathroom is a deal breaker.

The good manners and friendluness of the staff.
My parents had an adapted room for accessibility, which is nice but for them everything was a bit low in height. But they were comfy and prefer that these rooms exist, of course.

Good location for visiting Munich while staying out of the city centre. We booked adjoining rooms as a family so had plenty of space. Car parking a little expensive at 18 per night, but it's underground and convenient. Good breakfast (also extra), rooms comfortable enough - it's an Ibis so basic.
Aircon wasn't working and the room was hot - was a surprisingly warm March evening in Munich and that's probably why. Only one small pillow, really should have more in the room.

The staff in a hotel is super friendly and kind and the room is pretty clean and reasonable priced.
On Sunday morning (24th of March) there was no hot water in my room in the morning (something like at 10-11), I had to get ready and to take my cold shower. I tried couple times to turn it off and the on or to wait till it is going to be hot, but its not. Room 129

Good hotel, spacious room, very close to the metro station. BMW Arena and park also close.
Breakfast is good, but a bit pricy - 17 Eur.
