The only good thing might be WIFI.
The room is extremely small. No any appliances in the room like hairdryer, kettle. You cant drink anything warm at evenings. We had a cold during our visit and wanted to drink something warm, it was not possible. There is a coffee machine always with a note on it, saying it is out of use. I asked if they can activate, even just for hot water, the lady in reception said: Come tomorrow morning.` When I pressed the machine, I saw the maching is working. There is a bad smell in coridors. In general it was a bad experience.

My 7 year-old loved the bunk bed! Its very hard to find a hotel with a bunk bed over a double bed, perfect if you have a young child in the room with you. We were also able to watch the fireworks from our hotel window. Travelling from the hotel to Munich city centre was very easy since the U3 stops very close to the entrance.
It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room.

Location is ok, near the Metro. The kids were also happy with the fact that there is a nice playground nearby. Wifi is working fine and fast.

Clean room and friendly staff. They allowed me to check in early which was helpful. Good value for money. U-Bahn is around 7 minutes walking.
The location is challenging when you want to get some food as there's nothing close by.
