I loved the older building and European feel. It was incredibly clean. Good location; in a lovely neighborhood yet still within walking to train, major tourist sites and food. Felt safe
A bit noisy but it is a old building, there was some construction nearby, but that couldn’t be helped.

It is a classic villa converted to a B and B inn, and has been newly refurbished. It's in a quiet part of town, and about a 25:min walk to the Marienplatz and old city. We walked a lot, but Ubers were easy to get when we were tired. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast bar is plentiful with cheery kitchen staff.

Location could not be better. Our room was spacious and very nice. The staff was super friendly.
It smelled like cigarette smoke in our room. Not the end of the world but a pity. No mini fridge, that would have nice.

Location can’t be beat! We attended Oktoberfest and could not have been more satisfied with the location. VERY quiet street. Quite a large space for 4 of us. Comfortable, climate controlled, and the breakfast was excellent! We stayed here for 3 nights and only were able to do breakfast one time due to our itineraries and other activities. Check-in team was so incredibly kind and helpful. Our room was available early too! love loved this place. Will likely return.
Very minor, but there was only one mirror, which was in the bathroom. Would have been helpful to have a second mirror in the actual room as it was four females trying to get ready in the morning. Everything else was amazing!

Please just bring you attention on the late check in. We arrived after 11 pm and we found our key on the desk but it didn't work because one of the staff did wrong programmation. We were lucky because it was still 1 receptionst who could help us otherwise I event dont know

Room was spacious and comfortable, extremely quiet. Staff was helpful, location is ok. If you plan for oktoberfest is a walking distance.

The hotel is a beautiful old building! It was within a 10 minute walking distance of Altstadt Munich. The neighborhood is quiet and perfectly located. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. The hotel room and bathroom are nicely appointed.

The hotel was beautiful. In a quiet neighborhood, but convenient to everything. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was great.
The only issue was that the shower got water all over the floor. I find this is common in European hotels.
