The air conditioning was great. It was spacious and in a quiet neighborhood.
We were on the ground floor, very near check-in and public spaces, so it was a bit loud.

It was beautifully decorated and had everything you could need. I had gorgeous traditional windows and doors onto a balcony area. I only went to breakfast once (I was there for work so had busy mornings) but it was really good as well. Homemade muesli with blackberries!

The breakfast was excellent.
The hotel seems to be a converted apartment building. Our window faced the courtyard with a view of the trash cans. The biggest issues were the poor soundproofing and the constant buzzing of guests at the entrance every time someone arrived at night. The apartment doors are paper-thin, and the ground floor is incredibly noisy.
