Good location and very quiet! The room was very spacious for a family of 4 and The hotel staff were friendly and polite.
If there are tea and coffee facilities in the room, that would be perfect! They have tea and coffee maker in the lobby area.

Totally lived up to expectations! Our room was comfortable with plenty of room, fridge, nice bed, big window, and updated bathroom. The vintage building is charming and the location is excellent, just blocks to the subway to access all Munich has to offer...and within sight of the Oktoberfest grounds. Parking is available, but limited and cannot be reserved. The staff were friendly and very helpful!
Our room had a courtyard view, which was more a view to the alley between the back of the property and the business behind. While we weren't in Munich to see the hotel view, there was some noise particularly week nights.

The proximity of the property to Oktoberfest grounds.
I booked one room with three beds on the ground floor. What I received was an apartment in the cellar, that consisted of three rooms and a bathroom. , The beds were 2 sofa beds, there was no carpeting, electrical outlets had exposed wiring, the bathroom was filthy and unacceptable, the floors were filthy, the list could go on.. Not worth $600. When we checked in the staff was nowhere to be found and after 10 minutes arrived. After the room was assigned and I went back to make a complaint, the staff was nowhere to be found. Waited for nearly an hour and couldn't find any staff.

Booked this property due its proximity to Oktoberfest. The breakfast was also decent.
Outrageously priced. Rooms qualify as a hostel room, apart from cots for sleepintlg and an attached toilet, there was no facility in the room.

It has a lovely old charm feel, breakfast was great! Plenty to choose from, excellent. Would like to thank the staff, they help us out when our rental car got a flat tire and we had to stay one more night. Car rental pick our car up and left us stranded in front of the hotel, they were able to find a room for us for one more night. A big thank you!!!

Proximity to the festivities is great
No air conditioning and very warm upstairs, very difficult to get a good sleep. Because the building was quite warm, the windows were open which meant all the common areas were always smelling of cigarette smoke
