Hotel staff was very welcoming and accommodating with an early check in. Also, they immediately addressed an issue I had with the mini bar, as it was not cooling. Fantastic location far enough away from the noise. entertainment in lounge was complimentary for Hotel guests @ 20 EU per head for non-guests. the property is immaculately clean.
I didn't like that we were charged a premium for parking our vehicles at the Hotel property. There's not much more to dislike about this property.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. That we knew in beforehand that the location is really good - actually in one end of the old town surroundings - and that the rooms are spacious and cozy, but the hotel staff was really nice and helpful and the breakfast was really excellent - these exceeded our expectations.

Service matters and the staff here were excellent. Helpful and responsive. Great location which was an easy walk to most sites of interest (or metro when sites were further away).
I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it, but the rooms are a little quirky. We had two rooms, one had a step up from the bedroom to the bathroom. The other had decor we found not to our taste.

Disappointing
The stuff was very helpful. The breakfast was beautiful. We had the buffet breakfast in the adjoining restaurant from the hotel and the seating was very comfortable. The assortment of meats, cheeses, breads and pastry and juice were perfect. My favorite was that I could make myself soft-boiled eggs. Those are my favorite. I met a lady from housekeeping and she was quite fun. We had a little conversation and she was very helpful taking care of I needed.
The room itself was extremely dirty, I would also use the word filthy. The absolute worse was the sofa in the room. It was grimy, there were dried crumbs of food and other remnants on the edges of the sofa. There was a huge collection of, who knows what, along this side of the cushions against the walls. The front is so fat had something that had been thrown on it and it was still there grimey and untouched. I pulled the pillowcase off the extra pillow in the closet and used the extra blanket to cover the sofa so that I could have somewhere clean to put what I pulled out of my luggage.
