The staff at reception are so welcoming. The rooms are lovely. The hotel is ideally placed for exploring the old town with many super restaurants very close by.

What did you like about the property? The hotel was excellent. We were very happy that they allowed us to check in early around 12:00 after a sleepless night, which made such a difference. The room was spacious, with a charming old-style feel in the best way. Snacks, drinks, and even beer in the fridge were a very thoughtful touch, and we appreciated them a lot. The cleaning was spotless, and toiletries were refreshed daily. The location couldn’t be better, very central, close to the station, and within walking distance to everything.
Nothing really or maybe the stairs before the elevator, but I suppose you cannot do anything with it considering the building specifics.

Amazing location with view in old town Munich. Suite was very spacey, great bathroom, bed was super comfy.
Rolls and Pretzels were not freshly baked. One reason I go to Europe is to get freshly baked bread for breakfast
