We arrived early and were able to check in straight away. Everything was no problem with all the staff, they all smiled and greeted us wherever we passed them. The room was comfortable and the drinks and snacks in the room were free. Perfect position to get into the old town and lots of super restaurants nearby.
That we had to leave to come home.

Excellent breakfast included with room - well worth the cost. T Staff was excellent and very helpful and attentive. Location to all of the old city was good.
The associated restaurant did not have a full dinner menu, but an expanded snack menu.

The location is great, the staff was very helpful and friendly..the rooms are great! Very clean and pleasant.
The stairs in the elevator and on the corridor make it less suitable for children wagon.

Everything was delightful in this lovely hotel. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and my birthday. The team couldn’t have been more helpful and even left a card for me.

Hotel was immaculate and in a perfect location not far from the central square on a street with lots of restaurants and steps from a great subway system. Breakfast was very well done. We had an upgraded double room that was closed to being a junior suite. Large and lovely with an enormous bathroom.
Not much...the elevator was really old and slow.

Excellent location, great hospitality, made my trip so pleasurable. Room comfortable and spotless clean. Lovely bar at ground level but rooms very nice and quiet. Very good breakfast and a great breakfast veranda which I enjoyed greatly. Lovely breakfast staff, very helpful reception staff! Thank you for your hospitality! When again in Munich I will definitely be back to you!
